Stephen is currently a Business Innovation Consultant (on business strategy and modules, products and services, and operational excellence). He is also an Executive and Life Coach (especially with parents and teenagers). He was originally from Malaysia and has been in Hong Kong since 2000. He has worked mainly with MNCs operating in Asia. Socially, Stephen is a charter and council member (Head of Education) of the HKFP (HK Federation of Professions) and a Board member of their charitable registered under 88. He is also a charter member of the Asian Centre for Applied Positive Psychology. In Church he currently serves in the Committee of Management, and Missions, and actively advocates for the Alpha experience.
