
Pamela Cherry (“Pam”) serves as Executive Director of Generations Christian Education, providing strategic leadership to Small World Christian Kindergarten and Norwegian International School in alignment with Generations’ Christ‑centred vision. She works closely with the Board of Directors and school leaders on strategy, educational quality, and community impact, helping to ensure that Generations’ schools remain sustainable, caring, and responsive to the needs of families.
Pam brings over 25 years of international experience in school leadership, admissions and marketing, educational consulting, and regional brand and licensing management. Before her current role, she served Generations as Director of Development and Administration and Director of Admissions and Marketing, and previously held senior positions at Stamford American School Hong Kong, Top Schools, and Island Christian Academy. Earlier in her career, she also held regional leadership roles with multinational companies, including Levi Strauss & Co., MTV Asia, and Duty Free Shops (DFS) in Singapore, giving her a distinctive blend of educational, commercial, and strategic expertise.
She is committed to cultivating learning environments shaped by strong values, where students can grow in character, compassion, and competence. A Hong Kong Permanent Resident fluent in English and Tagalog, Pam remains actively involved in Hong Kong’s Christian and school communities.
