Clement has extensive experiences in education and technology operations. He has accumulated more than 20 years of managerial experience in both business and non-profit organizations. He is an active speaker in educational conference and professional development workshops. He is the founder and school supervisor EIS International Pre-school that also operates their own forest school site. He is also serving as school supervisor or board member of a few local schools and kindergarten. He was a co-found of BroadLearning Education (Asia) Limited that provide online systems to schools in Hong Kong and Asia. Clement is also an active member of CNEC College Church. Apart from children’s ministry, he is also serving the adolescents of the church’s youth ministry.
