Andy Tung
Mr. Andy Tung serves as Managing Partner of QBN Management Limited since the 1st of January 2020, focusing on investments in technology and innovation.
Mr. Tung was Chief Executive Officer of Orient Overseas Container Line Limited (OOCL) from July 2012 till August 2018, and was re-designated as co-Chief Executive Officer of OOCL from August 2018 after OOCL was acquired. Since the 1st of January 2020, he serves as a non-Executive Director of Orient Overseas International Limited, the parent company of OOCL.
Mr. Tung is also currently an independent non-Executive director of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. He is also a member of the Chief Executive’s Council of Advisors on Innovation and Strategic Development.
Mr. Tung holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Princeton University, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford University in the U.S.

Allison Wong
Allison was raised in both the USA and Hong Kong. She graduated from Stanford University, with BAs in Economics and International Relations before returning to Hong Kong where she worked in the area of finance, mostly in senior management positions in large scale project finance, for 14 years. She then retired to focus on raising her three children while concurrently pursuing her love of teaching and education through volunteer roles at church, school and in the community. In furthering her passion for teaching, Allison earned a PGDE at HKU in 2010 and became a regular supply teacher at international schools across the primary year levels. She initially joined Generations as a consultant, working on strategic projects, before taking on the role of Director of Learning until she retired in 2022. She serves on the Board of The Chinese International School Foundation and is an active member of the Community Church, Hong Kong where she serves as an Advisor.

Rebecca Brosnan
Rebecca currently serves as COO at Mother’s Choice, a local charity serving the many children without families and pregnant teenagers in Hong Kong, overseeing the internal organisation including frontline services, finance and operations. She joined the Mother’s Choice Executive Leadership team in 2016 to lead the finance team. Prior to Mother’s Choice, Rebecca had nearly two decades of experience in the finance industry including serving as a Managing Director, Head of Asia Commodities at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Previously she ran the corporate strategy function at HKEx looking after strategic planning and acquisition strategy.
Prior to joining HKEx in 2010, Rebecca worked in the Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Trinity College, a master’s degree in the History of International Relations from the London School of Economics, and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. A passionate believer in social engagement, she consults for a variety of NGOs on their fundraising, strategic planning. In 2016, Rebecca received the “Asian Women’s Leadership Award” from China Daily. Rebecca has lived in Hong Kong for over 15 years, is married to Damien, and has a young son and daughter.
Tess Lyons
Tess Lyons is an independent Strategic Marketing and Donor Development Advisor, with extensive experience working with non-profit organisations in donor and media relations. Tess's background in journalism has included writing and editing for a number of prominent newspapers and magazines in Hong Kong.
Originally from Canada, Tess has called Hong Kong home for over 20 years and is a proud parent of four Small World alumni.
Ricky Szeto
Dr. Szeto Wing-fu Ricky has been the General Manager and Executive Director of Hung Fook Tong Group Holdings Limited since 1999. Dr. Szeto is currently a Practice Professor of the School of Accounting and Finance, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Dr. Szeto has won numerous accolades during his career, including a Capital Leaders of Excellence 2007 Award. He is appointed by the government and its agencies to serve a member of various public service committees, including the Committee on Employees Compensation Assistance Fund Board, the Advisory Committee on Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities, the Committee on Hong Kong Tourism Board, the Social Welfare Advisory Committee and Industry Training Advisory Committee. Dr. Szeto is currently a Member of the Executive Committee, and the Chairperson of Committee on Social Enterprise and Employment of the Society of The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation. He is also the chairman of the Hong Kong Professional and Educational Service (HKPES).
Angela Lee
Angela is the CEO of Sound Vision Limited, an events company in Hong Kong. She has a degree in Architectural Science. Born in Hong Kong, she completed her High School and University in Toronto. She has been serving the Hong Kong community for the past 25 years. She is a Live Events Producer with over 20 years’ experience, and has managed and created concerts and conferences both commercially and in Christian communities, both internationally and in Hong Kong. She has worked with international performers, local artists, and renowned speakers.
For the past nine years, Angela has been a part-time lecturer at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, sharing her experiences in her Applied Events Management course. She is a member of MENSA, the Composer & Authors Society of Hong Kong (“CASH”), as well as the Business Network International - Leaders chapter (“BNI”). In her spare time, Angela volunteers in her church’s community centre, helping underprivileged families, especially those with special education needs. Being a mother of a young teenager, Angela is an advocate of holistic education for children.
Stephen Shum
Stephen is currently a Business Innovation Consultant (on business strategy and modules, products and services, and operational excellence). He is also an Executive and Life Coach (especially with parents and teenagers). He was originally from Malaysia and has been in Hong Kong since 2000. He has worked mainly with MNCs operating in Asia. Socially, Stephen is a charter and council member (Head of Education) of the HKFP (HK Federation of Professions) and a Board member of their charitable registered under 88. He is also a charter member of the Asian Centre for Applied Positive Psychology. In Church he currently serves in the Committee of Management, and Missions, and actively advocates for the Alpha experience.
Clement Lam
Clement has extensive experiences in education and technology operations. He has accumulated more than 20 years of managerial experience in both business and non-profit organizations. He is an active speaker in educational conference and professional development workshops. He is the founder and school supervisor EIS International Pre-school that also operates their own forest school site. He is also serving as school supervisor or board member of a few local schools and kindergarten. He was a co-found of BroadLearning Education (Asia) Limited that provide online systems to schools in Hong Kong and Asia. Clement is also an active member of CNEC College Church. Apart from children’s ministry, he is also serving the adolescents of the church’s youth ministry.
June Wee
June Wee has a B.A. in Economics (California) and a Bachelor of Laws (U.K.), and has practised as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore as well as a barrister in Hong Kong. During her time at the Hong Kong Bar, June served as a deputy registrar of the High Court, a deputy judge of the Family Court and was a member of the Law Reform Commission Sub-Committee on Children (which sat for 10 years!). After more than 20 years’ practice, June retired to devote more time to her children. She has been a long-term supporter of children’s charities including the Home of Loving Faithfulness in Hong Kong and the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation in Mongolia. June is a committed Christian and regularly takes on volunteer roles in church. She is looking forward to applying her skills and passion for education, while working with the team at Generations Christian Education.
Vicki Lam
Vicki was born in Hong Kong and spent a good part of her life in Canada for her education. After coming back to Hong Kong, she has devoted her life to as a mother and also working part time at various educational companies and non-profit organizations.
After feeling the warmth and community support and love from NIS community, she decided to give back by Chairing the NIS Parent Teacher Association for 2 years from 2022-24. In her tenure, she has inspired many parents, teachers, and staff to believe in her vision that to help our next generation of children, we have to support and help the community teaching our children, which in this case, is everyone in the Generations community.
Rebecca Rigdengreen
Rebecca studied law at the University of London, and worked in publishing before moving into the education sector. As a student she spent a year working in Brazil with under-privileged children, and later in London worked for Hackney Quest, an education charity serving the needs of children excluded from schools for behavioural issues. She was also on the board of trustees of a major Christian mission organisation and on the leadership team of her church. Rebecca has led Alpha, youth Alpha and Christianity Explored both in the UK and Hong Kong. After moving with her family to Hong Kong Rebecca worked part time with individual needs students in a secondary school before taking a full time position as a primary school librarian. Rebecca loves opening kids’ eyes to reading and learning and especially the gospel. She and her family are deeply involved at Community Church Hong Kong.
Gail Maidment
Gail Maidment is an advisor to the board of Generations Christian Education. Originally from Australia, where she received her teaching qualifications, Gail came to Hong Kong with the organisation Youth With A Mission (YWAM), pioneering Small World Christian Kindergarten with a small team in 1986. As Executive Director, Gail led the development of Small World into the organisation now known as Generations Christian Education for 34 years until her retirement in 2020, maintaining excellent relationships with multiple generations of children and families who have attended Generations schools.
Gail has been involved in teacher training at all levels, both locally and internationally, and has invested into the community by providing her expertise as a consultant on the establishment of new schools throughout Hong Kong and Asia.
She earned her Diploma in Teaching from University of Wollongong; a Bachelor of Education from Christian Heritage College; and a Masters in Education from Hong Kong University. Gail’s heart is to train up current and future generations through the vehicle of education.
Our children will be the leaders of tomorrow, filled with grace and truth and making a difference in our world.
